What is Normal?

I have heard the saying, and have even said it myself, "once . . . . . is over things will get back to normal." I have been thinking lately that once summer is over and things are back to normal then I will be able to get a lot done around the house and other projects I have been procrastinating on (I'm pretty excited to open a store on Etsy). However, I was saying that once winter is over and summer is here things can get back to normal and I can get things done. I am beginning to wonder if I really know what normal is, or even worse, that the chaos in our life and our house is normal.
